Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026

ADVOCATESBRIDGE is in early access. This policy describes how we currently handle information. It will be revised and expanded as the platform matures; if anything material changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect the email address and any profile information you provide (name, role, optional details about your situation). When you use Ava Bridgestone, we store your conversation so Ava can maintain context across sessions. When you create safety plans, journal entries, cases, or evidence uploads, we store that content so you can access it later.

Where it lives

Account data and user content are stored in Supabase (Postgres). Authentication is handled by Clerk. AI responses are generated by OpenAI; the text of your messages is sent to OpenAI's API to produce a reply.

Who can see your data

Your safety plans, journal entries, cases, and Ava memory are tied to your account and not shared with other users. Site operators can access stored data when needed to debug issues or respond to support requests. We do not sell user data and do not run advertising.

Your choices

You can stop using the platform and request that your account and stored content be deleted by emailing the contact address on the contact page. We will confirm deletion when complete.

Safety note

ADVOCATESBRIDGE is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For domestic violence, call 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788. For suicide or crisis, call or text 988.
