Terms of Service

Last updated: May 27, 2026

ADVOCATESBRIDGE is in early access. By using the platform you agree to the terms below. These terms will be expanded as the platform matures; we'll post material changes here and update the date above.

What this is

A trauma-informed platform offering safety planning tools, journaling, peer community, a directory of professionals, and an AI guide (Ava Bridgestone) for survivors of abuse, veterans, and advocates. Ava is software, not a clinician, attorney, or crisis counselor.

No professional advice

Nothing on this platform is legal, medical, or mental-health advice. Information about resources, hotlines, and professionals is provided for your reference and is not an endorsement. Verify anything important with a qualified professional before relying on it.

Not a crisis service

ADVOCATESBRIDGE does not respond in real time and is not a substitute for emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For domestic violence, call 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788. For suicide or crisis, call or text 988.

Your content

You own what you write. By submitting content (journal entries, safety plans, case documents, evidence uploads, community posts) you grant us a limited license to store and display it back to you within the platform. We do not sell user content and we do not train third-party models on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to harass, dox, or threaten anyone. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. Do not impersonate professionals.

No warranty

The platform is provided "as is" during early access. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid us (which, currently, is zero).
